I'm hoping to meet my soulmate

I'm pretty easy going, laid back, warm, friendly, and a sensitive guy. I am often too sensitive for my own good, but I'm trying to work on that. I'm not much of picky eater, but can't stand pumpkin, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, or anchovies! Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and of course American are all good. I am middle of the road on many subjects, with the exceptions being very few. But I'm steadfast in my position on those few. Almost 5 years ago, I began working with Austrian chocolate, so if we get together for a date, you're sure to get something sweet (and some fine chocolate too) I'm not much of a 'dater' but a great 'relationship' kind of guy. I'm honest and monogamous. I'd like to meet a lady between the ages of 40-60. Somewhat younger is okay, as long as you are comfortable with an older guy. I was fairly shy when younger. I've gotten past most of that, but still have 'situational shyness' and can be prone to panic attacks (horrible feeling) in certain situations, especially invasive intimate medical exams to the extent that I refuse. Also, since I don't have children, I think I'd be more compatible with a lady that also has not had children.
